Our facility retains a Nurse Practitioner on site to assure fulfillment of two key, ongoing objectives: assisting all patients in reaching their rehabilitation goals, and serving as a direct liaison among the physicians, nursing staff, patients and patients families. The facility also just opened a new state-of-the-artTransitional Care Unit which is providing strong services to post-surgical residents from local hospitals.The Director of Nursing, or Administrative Director of Nursing Services, works in concert with the Administrator and directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and HCR ManorCare standards, guidelines and regulations. In absence of the Administrator, assumes the responsibility for center operations. Successful candidates must be currently licensed as RN in this state; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
